In 2025 I got one of these glorious, useless things: Nick Gillard’s brilliant pico-mac-nano, the world’s tiniest Macintosh. It’s smaller than an original Mac mouse and it really works! I took it to Apple TechFest at the Computer History Museum to meet its remarkable, also actually working, much bigger sibling, the world’s largest Macintosh. The Big Mac is about 22 times the size of the little Mac. The little one was a big hit with folks at the museum! The whole scene looked like this:
